At Fire Fold, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how to return or exchange items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unused and unopened camping stoves and accessories within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and in new condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Used, damaged, or modified items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival. We require photographic evidence of defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Products showing signs of use or wear
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at firefoldoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, and ship it to the return address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@firefoldoutdoors.com and provide photos and a description of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost if the claim is approved.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing time:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider—processing times may vary.
